FENSA Express, Debit and Credit Card Payments

In today’s climate new business is getting harder to find and we will all have to remain service and customer focused. This includes considering new ways of letting your customer pay, debit and credit card payments have traditionally been made by the customer calling the office during business hours and giving card details over the phone.  In the new age of chip and pin this is not so attractive to the customer and you are not able to benefit from the PIN confirmation. Cheques are on the way out, they are no longer accepted in petrol stations and many high street shops, the fact is that customers expect to be able to pay by card.

Customer service can be improved by using a mobile chip and pin terminal. Giving the customer the ability to pay there and then whilst you are visiting them means you can take a deposit or any payment by debit or credit card, this is more convenient for both you and the customer.  The customer is satisfied that they have completed the purchase and you will start work promptly, and you are secure knowing that payment has been authorised by the bank and will be in your account a few days later.

FENSA Card Express from eTenshi is a special service for FENSA registered businesses providing the latest chip and pin terminal along with a full support service. There is no sign up fee and the full terminal service is just £22 per month.  This is a special facility that FENSA have negotiated with eTenshi for our members, the usual £150 sign up fee is waived and preferential transaction rates have been negotiated.
